We help you through the tough decision process of what to keep and what to send to a new home.
For the items to be kept we pack them and arrange for movers to transport them to your hew home. Our team places the items in your new home so it is walk-in-ready when you arrive at your new home.
We offer two options for the items that are not moved or a combination of both options. The first option is to find your treasures a new home through an online only auction. The second option is to donate them to your favorite charity or a local charity. Our combination of both options allows you an opportunity to offset moving expenses from proceeds you receive for auctioning those treasures that sell at the online only auction and a tax break for the items donated. There is no public viewing for the online auction so your life remains private and stress free.
Once your move is complete we handle the emptying and cleaning of the home.

We inventory the estate once you have decided what is to be liquidated. Our inventory process entails combining your property into lots, photographing each item in a professional setting, cataloging the items, and providing a description on each item. Once this is done the items will be listed in an online auction. For valuables or higher dollar items, reserves are set and appraisals can be done to make sure that the best price is received for these items. The online auction is a very discrete and private means of re-homing your treasures as the general buyers view and purchase the times online only. At the end of the auction, each purchaser is provided an address on their paid invoice where they come to pick up their newly acquired treasures.
For those items that remain unsold you have the choice to donate them or keep them.
